Justin serves as the senior pastor of Faith Bible Church with special emphasis on doctrine, preaching, teaching, and equipping church leaders. He began his ministry at Faith Bible in 2016 after having served at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles for three years as the Membership pastor and a staff elder. Justin then served as a pastoral intern at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. While in Los Angeles, he completed his Master of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary, and has since completed a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching at TMS. He and his wife, Tonya, have two daughters and three sons. In his spare time, he enjoys date nights with his wife, exercising with his sons, and long conversations over dessert with his daughters.

Philip serves as executive pastor at Faith overseeing Membership, Family and Service Planning. He grew up going to church with his family and was saved and baptized at an early age. Philip came to Faith Bible Church in Naples in 2007 after completing his degree in Church Ministries and serving in Christian education for 5 years. He is married to Jodi and has two children, Zach and Kaylee. Philip enjoys hanging out with his family and coaching soccer in the community.

Rob serves on the Global Impact Team overseeing missions for the elder board. He is serious about leading God’s people in prayer and loves meeting with the men in the church to pray. He is also passionate about equipping pastors in difficult areas of the world with training that promotes gospel-saturated local churches. Rob heard the gospel at the age of 20 through his sister’s witness and trusted Christ as Lord and Savior several months later. He is married to Lee and has three children and eleven grandchildren. Rob was a building contractor who left his business for seminary at 37 years old. While in seminary he was hired as an associate pastor in a church in PA for 10 years and then was sent from that church to the mission field where he and Lee spent the next 15 years. Rob enjoys relieving stress by dabbling in woodworking.

Bruce’s value as an elder includes more than 30 years experience in pastoral ministry. His ministry gifts include preaching, teaching, counseling and providing wisdom and encouragement to the younger generation of leaders in the church. Bruce trusted Jesus over 40 years ago when he realized that eternal life cannot be earned by human performance or spiritual achievements but solely through repentance from sin and faith in what the Lord accomplished through his death, burial and resurrection. He is thankful for God’s goodness and grace, and gives Jesus all glory and praise for his Christian growth. Bruce is married to Sandy (45 yrs), and has 6 kids and 19 grandchildren scattered throughout the US. Besides traveling to visit family, Bruce enjoys music, camping, and an occasional round of golf.

Robert serves as the vice chairman and secretary of the elder board. He enjoys leading small groups, one-to-one discipleship, and teaching seminars. Robert was raised in a non-Christian family but heard the Gospel at age 8 at a church service and trusted in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Robert was discipled while in the military in his mid-20's and then baptized by his local church and, after several moves, settled with his family in Naples in 2001. He is currently a lawyer in private practice and married to Holly, his college sweetheart, for 36 years. They have five children (ages 34 to 20) and one grandson. Robert loves to snorkel and kayak with his family in the Keys.

Fred is Elder Board Treasurer and committed shepherd of Faith Bible Church. He and his wife host a small group and he teaches parenting classes. A native of Indiana where he became a believer at the age of eighteen, Fred moved to SW Florida in 1985 where he married his wife Kelly. Fred’s job is running a local construction management firm, and his joy is spending as much time as possible with his wife, 7 kids, and grandkids. If Fred isn’t at the office or church, it’s because he is happily wandering on or working on his property in South Fort Myers or he might be relishing a pour-over with Kelly at a local coffee shop.
